For the wedding itself, your best bet is to park at the medical center pay parking lot on Clay Street. It's open during weekends, is only two blocks from the temple, and should have plenty of space for all the guests.

Lichee Garden has complimentary parking on Turk Murphy Lane, behind (to the East of) the restaurant. They may make you pay in advance, but you'll get a chit from the restaurant that'll refund your money. Turning left across Broadway to reach Turk Murphy Lane isn't a good plan, and it doesn't actually go all the way from Broadway to Vallejo. Your best bet is to go around the block clockwise, so that you eventually make a right turn from Stockton onto Broadway.
There's additional pay parking on Vallejo Street.

There is often nowhere to legally park near Sha'ar Zahav.
While there's street parking in the area, there's nowhere near enough to cover the demand. Outside of rush hour, people attending Sha'ar Zahav tend to park on Dolores itself. Sha'ar Zahav is at the corner of 16th and Dolores, with the main entrance on Dolores. Dolores is a divided street in this part of town, with two lanes in each direction. If you're driving south (from Market), somewhere before arriving at 16th you'll hopefully see a row of cars parked in the left lane. Pull in behind them. If there's a cone in front of your car, move it behind your car. The police rarely ticket here, because it's known that people are going to religious services in the area.
The temple is relatively close to the Church Street MUNI station and the 16th & Mission BART station.
