Gifts and Registry Information

Both of us have been very fortunate in our careers. After several years of each of us working at Silicon Valley jobs, we've pretty much got all that we need to put a household together. In fact, we've got enough to put two households together. For example, here are some snapshots of our full stock of kitchen supplies:

All that we really want at the wedding is to see all of our family and friends joining us in celebration. If you feel you must give something, one option might be to donate to a charity on our behalf. Harold is fond of Mazon and we're both members of the ACLU. Chris' grandfather, Max, set up the Michal Black Endowment Fund in honor of Chris' grandmother to help women students pay for a college education. You can help support this scholarship via donations to

Tompkins Cortland Community College Foundation
P.O. Box 520
Dryden, NY 13053.

Let them know that it's in honor of our wedding, and they'll pass the word along.

The rules of etiquette claim that you've got up to a year to send a wedding gift, if you wish to do so. If you'd like to check back in six to nine months, to see if we've got an active baby registry going, please do so. Neither of us has acquired the supplies or tools useful for caring for a young child. We hope that in a few months you could buy us something that we don't have and could really use.

We've also set up registries at Amazon and Bed, Bath, and Beyond .
